This program financed by the German Cancer Aid (Deutsche Krebshilfe) is targeted at highly-qualified young oncologists active in the field of clinical or clinic-related oncology. It aims to nurture and support budding researchers by helping them to establish independent research groups and to further develop their scientific careers. Total funding of up to EUR 800,000 can be applied for as part of the first period of funding, which usually consists of four years. More information can be found here.
