DESCRIPTION:The EMBO Lab Sustainability Award focuses on contributions to the development of sustainable wet and dry labs with a focus on their environmental impact. The award will be made to an individual representing the initiative or project. The call for applications is open to individuals at any career stage and in a variety of roles. Applicants must represent a project or initiative that is within the scope of the award. SUMMARY:3rd Symposium on Medical Epigenetics in Freiburg
DESCRIPTION:The symposium is organized by the Collaborative Research Centre 992 “Medical Epigenetics” that conducts epigenetic research with a translational focus. Teams from the University and the University Medical Center\, as well as from the Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics are collaborating in projects ranging from basic research to clinical evaluation of novel therapeutic concepts. The program will include 28 talks by international speakers\, several talks selected from submitted abstracts and a poster session. The symposium is free of charge\, however\, registration is required. DESCRIPTION:The new Tandem PRO scholarship\, allows a female habilitation candidate from the Faculty of Medicine of the University Freiburg to apply for funding for her medical doctoral candidate (m/w/d). The doctoral candidate shall support the habilitation candidate in her research. The funding period ends on 31 December 2024.
